America On Tech
Participated in America on Tech programs like Data Science, Cybersecurity, and UX Design which are designed to provide underrepresented students with technical training, industry exposure, and a supportive community to launch careers in technology.
Girls Who Code
Completed three programs with Girls Who Code and a member of the organization since 2020, where I developed technical skills in programming, collaborated on impactful projects, and built a strong foundation in leadership and problem-solving within the tech industry.
CodePath
Participate in CodePath’s rigorous tech programs like Technical Interview Prep (TIP) and iOS, where I gained industry-relevant coding skills and collaborated on projects that enhanced my knowledge in software development and career readiness.
MLT
Selected from thousands of applicants for a Career Preparation program focused on leadership and professional development. I completed business case studies, served as an MLT recruiter, and attended conferences hosted by Deloitte, LinkedIn, and Target.
NSBE
As a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and Boston University's NSBE chapter, I have benefited from resources that help me succeed in STEM courses, prepare for a professional career, and develop leadership skills for the workplace and the community.
ColorStack
Joined an inclusive student cohort over 8,000 Latinx and Black member that provides academic support, community building, and career development opportunities in technology.
Rewriting The Code
Member of a non-profit organization designed to support and empower college, graduate, and early career women in tech through intersectional communities, mentorship, industry experience and educational resources.
Reboot Representation
I am part of the Reboot Representation Tech Coalition, which aims to double the number of Black, Latina, and Native American women achieving computing bachelor’s degrees by 2025.
AnitaB.org
Member of AnitaB.org where I attended the 2022 Grace Hopper Celebration and networked with many companies and organizations like JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Project Glimmer
I attended over 8 Project Glimmer events and became a member of the Glimmer Circle. I also participated in one-to-one coaching sessions with tech industry professionals for advice on professional development.
C.O.R.E Magazine
I interned at Creating Opportunity to Reach Empowerment (C.O.R.E) twice, a nonprofit focused on developing a strong foundation for females ages 13 to 21 through digital media and on-campus programs. I am also an member of the C.O.R.E Alumni program, continuing to support the organization's mission.
Code Nation
I participated in Code Nation's ScriptEd program, which equips students in under-resourced high schools with skills and experiences for careers in technology. I collaborated with nine classmates on over 20 projects using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, and developed strong presentation skills by showcasing my work at a school assembly.

- Enrolled in a year-long, intensive program crafted by Apple engineers, which includes one-on-one mentorship, hands-on workshops, and a variety of resources to boost both my professional and technical skills.

Leadership Academy
- Embodied and practiced leadership through participation in GWC’s four-month leadership development and career readiness program with senior leaders and engineers at RTX.
- Networked with peers and industry professionals through cohort meetings for leadership development and project management, and career readiness.
- Designed, managed, and developed a Give Back Project that focused on a Unity game using C# that raise awareness on phishing attacks by doing tasks regarding phishing.
Work Prep Program
- Selected to participate in GWC’s three-week career readiness program focused on technical workshops and professional development with senior leaders and engineers at Accenture.
- Learned about growth mindsets and how to take actionable steps toward my professional and personal goals.
- Workshops consisted of hands-on application and approach to learning with Accenture volunteers.
Goldman Sachs Possibilities Summits
- Engaged with senior leaders and networked with peers from diverse backgrounds, expanding professional connections and enhancing understanding of industry perspectives.

- One of the 40+ participants selected to participate in a week-long program organized by the U.S. Bank.
- Exhibited networking and communication skills daily by interacting with executives and participants.
- Won 1st place in an innovation presentation day out of 5 teams.
RSM Excellence Academy
- Out of 600+ applicants, I was selected to participate in a 4-day skill-building and professional development program in Chicago with 104 participants.
- Collaborated with fellow participants in sessions for three days and engaged in discussions with RSM employers.
- Offered and accepted a summer internship as an IT intern after the program.
The New York Academy of Science
- Participated in 1000girls1000futures and became an alumnus after the program.
- Received mentorship from female STEM experts and networked with other mentees.
- Accessed college readiness and completed leadership coursework at my own pace.
